The growth of enterprise comes from every competition and how to keep the advantage of business development and get the balance in the natural environment is always an important project in sustainable development. in very beginning stage of the business strategy of Sun Beam Tech has considered the Eco-Friendly and this is also our business philosophy, it is to Follow The Nature and Learn To Be Part of Nature.
When the factory production and the office building is planned to be under construction, we have made the project to the green area in the meantime, so that, the mass production and green planting can be moving on together. In the condition of non-harmful for the production, the environmental greenery can be long lasting and continuously developed. All the time we love to have the greenery been easily able to find by us and nature be by our side.
Walking along Sun Beam Tech, there are more than 5,000 trees in the factory, the Podocarpus is postured its welcome in front of the office building, green reflects the fresh atmosphere and they are around with you, the Juniperus、Jasmin Orange、Pink Cassia、Cherry Tree、Indicus….growing with beauty and silence over the grass in harmony. The most be able to represent our spiritual perseverance is the more than 300-year-old Toog Tree. The green sidewalks pave the way for your walking and you can see the vehicles to work in the factory efficiently. All you can see in our factory excellently presents our “Soft Power” with you.
Sun Beam Tech transmits the green concept and maintains the development and inheritance of community and campus greening culture, and practice it in daily life. In order to make low-carbon greening more diffuse and penetrate into the community, it is the key to choose a community with both low-carbon strength and impact benefits. Sun Beam brings green culture into the industrial area, into the community, the campus, and actively promotes community For campus greening, we donated more than 100 saplings to the surrounding schools to plant trees for the campus, so that the gratitude of ten years of trees and one hundred years of cultivating people spread to every corner of the campus, creating a low-carbon environment for the public.
Being one of the corporate citizen, Sun Beam Tech listens the voice from the society and we always try to satisfy with their demands, make efforts to persuade more and more corporations to take part in us and we do hope where the society can be better for our being here.
Kaohsiung is the city we lived, this is the city with mound and sea and it is also full of the passions and kinds from the south Taiwan. We see the beauty but some regrets are also ignored in this city, especially those districts always from the downtown and over the mountain country. So sad we are and we communicate with the local government, in order to increase the efficiency and security to the fireman, we donated the fire engine and the fire-aid facilities and for the nursing people, we also donated the ambulance for used in every life at the important moment.
Sun Beam Tech is continuously listening and we go on our efforts to the city, we hope what we have offered can make warm the society and the city.
Education is the only way to improve the poverty and for securing the rights of educating from every poor family and also in order to encourage their diligent study, we take actions to share our successful experience from every speech and we also provide with the scholarship for the study and the sponsoring for the fresh man works in the society.
Sun Beam Tech attempts to send the warm to every corner of the city, we want the rights of equal education can be maximized and transmits more positive energy and attitude to the most people in the society.
1. Financial Aids for Less Privileged Students
To support the right to education of economically disadvantaged students, Sun Beam Tech hopes to give timely assistance to less privileged students in Kaohsiung city and nearby counties at every educational stage. Therefore, we do regular donations to underprivileged families to continuously support national education.
2. Enterprise visits/lectures
In the era of rapid changes in the industry and information explosion, in order to enable students to apply and connect the theoretical knowledge they have learned during their studies, Sun Beam Tech organizes 1 or 2 enterprise visits activity. Through enterprise visits, college students can learn about corporate vision, organizational culture, working environment, education and training, industry trends and development. In addition, in order to increase the opportunities for interaction between students and enterprises, students should be encouraged to have a better understanding of the job market, make career plans and reserve core competencies in the workplace in advance, and enhance their competitiveness in self-employment.
At the same time, Sun Beam Tech attaches great importance to the voice of the industry, and holds large-scale meetings with major trade unions, chambers of commerce and associations from time to time to share economic advice and discuss issues such as energy policy.
3. Student Internship/ Educational cooperation
In order to enable students to combine classroom teaching and practical work experience with structured teaching methods, as part of the teaching process, Sun Beam Tech respects the establishment of educational cooperation with neighboring schools. The significance of this teaching method is to help young students who have not work experience and social experience to connect from school to work more comprehensively. 4. Subsidies for Nursery Schools for Employees' Children

5. Teaching Botanical Gardens
The green area of Sun Beam Tech reaches 40% of the entire factory area, and more than 5,000 kinds of flowers, grasses and trees are planted. It provides students from neighboring primary schools can explore the mysteries of plants. Every year, we invited teachers and students from primary schools to visit, conduct activities and study here.
