Water Waste 100% Recycled and 0% Emission
Sun Beam Tech 100% recycles water waste and makes 0% emission by our recycling system. Sun Beam Tech is equipped with the recycling system for water resource circulation. To ensure the water consumption can be used effectively, the storage tank is equipped with the water valve that enable the usage can be managed. All the water emission from our factory and office will be firstly collected through the pipe system together with the rain drops and enter the purification tank. The purified water will then be distributed by the pump to be circularly used for irrigation to plants and for cleaning the factory
Operating and Power Saving
The Annual Amount of Energy Saving 1.2%
Since the year of 2015, Sun Beam Tech. has taken part in the project of electricity saving and this ongoing project is audited its performance every year. As of 2020, the total 5% electricity consumption is reduced and it meets with our target in power policy to deduct down 1% use per year. In the year of 2021, we had an excellent performance to save additional 20% and the annual power-saving rates is up to 1.2%.
The operating and saving policy is as following:
1.The central inverter air conditioner is equipped and according to the different seasons, the temperature in office building is controlled within 26 ~ 28°C.
2.Power saving luminaires or lamps is used and be managed, the light is tuned off, if unnecessary. By the management, the annual electricity saving can be reduced 438,000 KWH.
Production and Carbon Emission
Use Clean Energy To Reduce 50% Carbon Emission.
Clean production is proved by Plastics Industry Development Center (PIDC) that annual carbon emission is deducted down more than 50%，Carbon Emission reduced about 6,175MT.
Since 2010, we have optimized all the oxidation facility rather than using the heavy oil flaming engines, which is helpful to reduce CO₂, SO₂, NO₂ emission to prevent from the acid rain, generation of particulate matter in the air and the greenhouse gas to aggravate the ozone hole.
Nowadays, all the facilities at our side are using the clean energy – natural gas and electricity.
Production and Energy Saving
Reduce 40% of Energy Consumption in Production
The Carbon Reduction is in consensus in global and how to use the energy well is an important goal to do managing and achieving and to keep developing eco-friendly technology to slow the pace the greenhouse effect is also the goal of Sun Beam Tech.’s Energy Management Policy. Subject to the Worldwide Trend and Energy Saving Policy, Sun Beam Tech do the research in the field of heat, electricity and energy management to find more chance for reducing carbon emission and further task the equipment R&D by ourselves to improve the energy efficiency, reduce the energy cost and the carbon emission to take effort in Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Reduction. At present, around 50% equipment of our production lines successfully updated and refer to our statistics, the Annual Energy Consumption in Production can be reduced about 40%.
Sun Beam Tech. adopt the concept of the circular economy into production, and strengthen the measure to reduce waste at the source and to prevent pollution. We take effort to curb the greenhouse effect through reducing waste to avoid the waste treatment that not only wastes time and resource but also causes the damage to the environment, the emission of toxic substance.
Input and Output Policy
Zinc Ingot and Zinc Oxide product can be 100% used by various Industry
Sun Beam Tech is willing to contribute into preventing pollution and we also effectively establish the recycling system to use the secondary zinc contained material.
For the time being, we have more than 40% recycled material for our production use, they are reclaimed in our professional non-ferrous metal re-melting process and come out as zinc ingot for directly selling or further managed into zinc oxide production. The finished products can be 100% applied to the different industrial use.
Equipment Maintenance Policy
100% of Waste Equipment & Consumables Recycled
To make the equipment can be long-lasting used in mass production is relied on the Equipment Maintenance Policy. The Equipment Maintenance Policy at Sun Beam Tech. certainly indicates the importance of checking, maintaining and repairing and in case the equipment or the consumables is terminated use, the abandoned material should be well recycled. Learned from our statistics, annual abandoned iron is over 130MT and they are 100% recycled according to our policy.
Packing Usage Policy
Plastic Pallets
Sun Beam Tech has the environmental sustainability policy in common with our customers. Through the win-win cooperation to build up the plastic pallet recycling and enable the pallets using life can be extent and reducing the unessential waste generated.
Wooden Pallets
In order to keep the forest area, we attempted to effectively use the wooden packing material. All the damaged wooden pallet will be repaired and once ensured they don’t have any safety issues, they will be reused for products packing and cargo dispatching.
Recycle Policy
To make the resource be sustainably used and to ensure the waste is well managed, Sun Beam Tech promote the campaign of reduce waste proactively to sort the waste.
The Meatless Day
Sun Beam Tech promotes the Meatless Day in every week. The human beings are belonged to super consumer in food chain of the ecosystem. We promote the Meatless Day in every week does not only for our team member’s health but also try to do something for the ecological balance and reduce the carbon emission.
Green Vehicles Work in our Factory
The working houses in Sun Beam Tech. is correctly managed in their belonged areas, all the people moves and cargo transfers is only adapted the green vehicles – the electric golf car replaced with passenger car for the factory visit, the electric bicycle used instead of the oil engine-motorcycle for the manufacturing supervision, and the traditional forklift is substituted by the electric one for the warehouse working - to do so is to ensure the health of all our staffs in the factory can be secured and to reduce carbon emission.
Reduce Carbon Emission by Well Building Design
Sun Beam Tech has practiced Carbon Emission in the building design. In the plant, the effective system ensures well ventilation and the solar panel from the roof not only collect the green energy that can be managed and used in the office building but also help to insulate thermal to cool the workshop and reduce energy consumption. For the building, we also installed the Low-E glass, it effectively insulates the heat from outdoor but permit the solar light be able to go through the building that can save the electricity of air condition and the light.
Green Electricity
Solar Panel Yearly Generates 1.23 M KWH and It Can Provide The Use Of 300 Households
The Green Electricity used in households or in business is the global trend. As Sun Beam Tech located in south Taiwan, where it gets the advantage in climate to consider the solar power. Since 2017, all the roof of our plant buildings were equipped with solar panel, the installed solar panels are effectively to prevent from the sunshine either further to collect the green electricity from the solar power. Referring to our statistics, the solar device can provide annual green electricity 1,231,462 KWH and it turns over to more than 300 households use.
Sun Beam Tech. is dedicated to being the role model of the Low Carbon Manufacturing in the industry and the leader of the global green production by improving energy efficiency by planning annual power-saving measure and proactively implementing the energy-saving action and increasing the consumption ratio of renewable energy by setting solar panel.

In whole site, the green area is occupied more than 40%, with a total of 5,000 plants. The green tunnel at the two side of our factory is the comfortable space for our team member to take a walk and relax. The Greening of the factory also help reduce carbon dioxide.
