Zinc ingot is one kind of pure metal material to supply with the sustainable develops in both specialized production and public objects. Zinc ingot is appropriate as much as being in coatings, iron and steel, the brass, zinc alloy die castings, sheet for architecture and a various of chemical applications.

Galvanization is a process to do zinc coating onto the surface of iron or steel objects, the most often used method is Hot Dip Galvanization(HDG) and Electroplate. All the iron or stell objects processed in HDG or Electoplate is benefited its anti-rust and according to the reports from international Zinc Association, the zinc ingot annual consumption in Hot Dip Galvanization and Electrogavalization is more than 5 million tons.
Galvanization is exactly meant for hot dip galvanizaton instread of electrogalavnized. Thanks to the zinc bonded to the steel or iron, zinc layer stands as sacrificial protection to prevent from the rust and corrosion as long as the zinc is coated. Compared with electroplate, HDG is more durability, longevity and versatility.
Electroplating made is the requests from the market and it is as same as galvanization. The difference in between is the electroplating process is belonged to chemcial process. The electroplating runs a current of electricity through a zinc solution with zinc anode and steel conductor. Compared with galvanization, electroplated zinc offers the advantages to lower the thickness to archieve comparable performance, wider availability for increasing coating performance and color options.
Zinc, its alloys and its chemical formulations, ranks the 4th commercial and industrial metal, which
it is only behind iron/steel, aluminum and cooper. In addition to the coatings for anti-corrosion to
irons and steels, zinc is used in casting alloys, cooper alloys, aluminum magnesium, and in
wrought zinc alloys.
Zinc is also in favor with brass property or brass alloy, its good conductivity in thermal, electricity,
its unique mechanical and physical performance are good at corrosion and wear resistance,
therefore this zinc-base brass alloy is broadly applied to military, artistic, building, marrine
engineering, automotive, electronics….
Zinc alloy means the alloy used "zinc" and it is composed of the other metals such as aluminum,
copper, magnesium, titanium...etc... Because zinc alloy has high strength and hardness, it is
optimal substitute for machined, casting, die-punched and assembly components. Compared with
zinc extruded alloy, zinc alloy has excellent capability in shock-absorption and vibration
absorption.
Zinc-aluminum alloy can be commonly applied to auto parts, locomotive accessories, high-quality
sanitary equipment, computer peripheral product casings, precision pneumatic valve parts, lock
parts, magnesium alloy digital camera casings and accessories, magnesium alloy mobile phone
casings.
