Each and every one ton zinc oxide from Sun Beam Tech is produced in the physical method, so it called French process (or Indirect process). All the imported raw material is necessary inspected initially before its further processing in melting, vaporizing, collecting and packing. In order to well use all the units of zinc raw material, we circularly managed them into manufacturing positively and in the faith of eco-friendly, ensure all the thermal can be invested effectively without pollution, we adopt the clean energy much earlier than the other competitors in Asia.
In our managed production, the ZnO is initially collected as Powder Form. The powder formed ZnO is pure white and crystalized in Hexagonal, when you found them in microscope.
According to the different application request, they are able to be firstly distinguished by the purity from different grades and further being in the aspect of specification from every brand requirement, we will find the best-in solution together with our customers.
